academic subjects. The first step in behavior management is to ensure that the curriculum is appropriate for the students. We have to develop a professional strategic attitude and learn to influence student behavior in an acceptable way to facilitate learning. Discipline is the adjustment of unacceptable behavior to acceptable behavior. Many students must be taught to accept responsibility for their behavior. This workshop shows teachers how to promote self discipline and help children learn to what they are suppose to do while in school. Students must be taught to be accountable for their behavior and Educators must model appropriate behavior. |
